If your order has not entered production, we may be able to change or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible by email or phone.
Yes, you’ll get an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. You’ll also get emails when your order is in production and when it ships.
To initiate a return, contact us for an RGA (Return Authorization Number). Returns without an RGA will not be accepted.
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Custom and clearance items are non-returnable. A $4.50 restocking fee applies.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. It may take up to 10 business days for your bank to reflect the refund.
