Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RGA) number.

⚠️ Returns without an RGA number will not be accepted.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return:

• unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• within 10 days of delivery
• original invoice or order number

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

• Used, damaged, or modified products
• Clearance, custom, or special-order items
• Products without original packaging, labels, or accessories

To ensure your return arrives safely:

• Repackage items in a sturdy shipping box
• Clearly write your RGA number on the outside of the box
• Do not write on or apply labels to the original product packaging
• Include a printed invoice or order confirmation inside
  
  
  

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We do not provide prepaid return labels
• A $4.50 restocking fee per RGA will be deducted from your refund
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Bank processing times may take 3–10 business days, depending on your institution

• Received the wrong or defective item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a quick resolution
• Item lost or damaged in transit? File a claim with the shipping carrier. We’ll assist as needed
