Since we work directly with distributors and suppliers, our return policy follows their guidelines to ensure smooth processing. Below are the steps for returning an item for credit or exchange.
Return Instructions
1. Request an RGA (Return Authorization)

Before returning any item, you must contact us at info@mypartsguru.com to request an RGA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

No returns will be accepted without an RGA number.
2. Return Eligibility
✅ Accepted Conditions:

Unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return requested within 10 of delivery

Includes original invoice or order number.
❌ Not Eligible for Return:

Used, damaged, or altered items.
-
Special/custom orders or clearance items.

Products missing original packaging or labels.
3. Packing & Shipping the Return

Repackage carefully to avoid damage—use a sturdy box.

Write the RGA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Do not write or stick labels on the original product packaging (must be resellable).

Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.
4. Return Shipping & Fees

Customer covers return shipping costs (we do not provide prepaid labels).

$4.5 restocking fee per RGA (e.g., $4.50) will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing may take 3-10 business days depending on your bank.
Exceptions & Special Cases

Wrong/Defective Items? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a faster resolution.

Lost/Damaged in Transit? File a claim with the shipping carrier—we’ll assist if needed.
